Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Field Sales Representative to educate homeowners about LeafFilter gutter protection and perform a quick street-side inspection to identify needs. You will cover an assigned territory, generate leads, and schedule in-person product demonstrations.

The role emphasizes a consultative selling approach, daily field reporting, and collaboration with the sales team. Outdoor work and the ability to stand/walk for long periods are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads for outside sales by covering territory and canvassing homes.
• Educate consumers on Leaf Home products and arrange in-person demos.
• Report daily results to field management and collaborate with other reps.
• Represent Leaf Home professionally and ensure customers have an excellent experience.
• Work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements.
• Walk and stand for extended periods as part of the role.
