Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Field Sales Representative to educate homeowners on LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement through at-home demonstrations and inspections. You will cover an assigned territory, generate leads, and report results to field management while building strong customer relationships.

This role requires excellent communication, self-motivation, and a willingness to work outdoors—often in the evenings and on weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal/external stakeholders.
• Highly motivated to sell and meet/exceed goals.
• Customer-focused and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads for the outside sales team by covering an assigned territory, canvassing and engaging homeowners at their homes.
• Educate consumers on Leaf Home products and gather information for follow-up and in-person demonstrations.
• Report daily results to field management and collaborate with other sales representatives.
• Represent Leaf Home products professionally and ensure customers have an exceptional experience.
• Work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements and be able to walk/stand for extended periods.
