Leaf Home is seeking a Field Sales Representative to educate homeowners on LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement. You will conduct street-level inspections, identify homeowner challenges, and guide customers through product benefits while building a local territory.

The role emphasizes a consultative selling approach, daily reporting, and collaboration with the sales team. Expect outdoor work, evenings and weekends, and a pathway to significant earnings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads for the outside sales team by covering an assigned territory daily, canvassing and engaging prospective customers at homes to discuss Leaf Home products.
• Use a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on Leaf Home products and gather information for follow-up and product demonstrations.
• Report daily results to field management and collaborate with other sales reps.
• Represent Leaf Home products professionally and ensure customers have an exceptional experience.
• Work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements.
• Walk and stand for extended periods as part of the role.
