Job summary

Leaf Home is hiring a Field Sales Representative to educate homeowners on LeafFilter gutter protection and replacement options. You will perform quick street-side inspections, generate leads, and drive in-home product demonstrations in your territory.

Role requires a valid license, a reliable vehicle, and willingness to work evenings and weekends. You’ll be compensated with a strong commission structure and opportunities for rapid earnings growth, with comprehensive training and ongoing career

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads for the outside sales team by covering an assigned territory daily, canvassing and engaging prospective customers at their homes.
• Use a consultative selling approach to educate customers on Leaf Home products and gather information for follow-up and in-person demos.
• Report daily results to field management and collaborate with other sales reps.
• Represent Leaf Home products professionally to ensure customers have an exceptional experience.
• Work outdoors daily, exposed to the elements.
• Be able to walk and stand for extended periods.
