Job summary

New Castle Building Products is looking for a proactive sales professional in New Jersey to call on and grow existing customer accounts while developing new ones. You will quote accurately, coordinate deliveries with inside sales, and support collections when needed.

The role requires solid customer-service skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and familiarity with CRM systems. A competitive compensation package and commissions accompany a strong benefits offering.

Qualifications

• Residential experience in Roofing, Siding, Decking, Windows/Doors, Metal, Gutters.
• Road sales experience and generating new leads.
• Ability to schedule and manage workday, meetings, and visits.
• Maintain existing customers through relationship building.
• Experience with CRM programs.
• Excellent communication skills; able to work independently.
• Bi-lingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Call on existing customer accounts and grow sales.
• Generate new accounts and follow up on quotes.
• Coordinate quotes and deliveries with inside sales staff.
• Assist Accounts Receivable in collections when needed.
• Attend industry seminars and stay updated on product lines.
• Prepare computer generated work orders for customers.
• Work closely with Branch Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
