Job summary

Great Lakes Wine & Spirits in Michigan’s largest alcoholic beverage wholesaler is seeking a Sales Representative for our Retail Chain Sales Division around Lansing. This full-time field role focuses on selling, servicing, growing GLWAS portfolio in assigned accounts.

You’ll manage master routes, merchandise, write orders, and drive territory growth while building relationships with store decision makers. Travel daily; schedule is flexible but includes evenings/holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• High School Diploma/GED (bachelor's degree preferred).
• Sales experience (2 years preferred).
• Retail experience (2 years preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; comfortable with iPad.
• Positive & entrepreneurial attitude.
• A success-oriented, competitive and creative mindset.
• Desire to learn and implement these learnings.

Responsibilities

• Manage master routes and drive sales to assigned accounts.
• Present programs, build relationships with decision makers.
• Execute HQ programs and promotions for major customers.
• Deliver prepared, professional sales presentations.
• Develop product knowledge on GLWAS portfolio.
• Attend weekly/monthly team meetings and report progress.
• Grow territory volume and revenue.
• Maintain accurate pricing and in-store displays.
