We are seeking a Merchandising Swing Representative for our Retail Chain Sales Division to service multiple accounts in and surrounding areas of Lansing.
The Merchandising Swing Rep is responsible for timely stocking and handling all GLWAS merchandise shipped to an assigned retail account. Duties include packing orders, pricing bottles, building displays, resetting shelf and cold‑box schematics, and implementing correct signage, rotation, product fronting, dusting, and adherence to all housekeeping standards.
Full‑time position with daytime hours that vary by schedule Monday through Friday. Evening and weekend hours may be required based on holiday schedules and business needs.
Field‑based role with daily travel and driving in all weather conditions. Physical demands include frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, stooping, climbing, lifting, stacking, moving, and rotating items without handles weighing up to 50 pounds. Pushing and pulling carts with up to 100 pounds of force and operating warehouse equipment may be required.
