Job summary

Ryan Lawn & Tree Inc. is seeking a Turf Supervisor to lead field operations and coach a crew of technicians across multiple properties. You will diagnose turf problems, apply best practices in turfgrass management, and partner with the Department Manager on strategy and hiring.

You will also collaborate with Marketing and Safety teams to meet financial goals and ensure compliance, while maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a crew of 3+ technicians or multiple small crews.
• Strong knowledge of turfgrass management and pest control practices.
• Ability to identify grasses, weeds, turf diseases and insects.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the field: deliver lawn department services and supervise production as needed.
• Build and develop your team: train technicians, conduct performance reviews, set goals.
• Take care of clients: communicate plans and results, resolve concerns, retain customers.
• Drive department success: assist in budgeting, growth campaigns, safety compliance, meetings.
