Empower is seeking field sales professionals to recruit rideshare drivers at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE). You will engage drivers in person and document details accurately to help build our airport driver network.

This contract role offers $40 per hour with performance bonuses and potential to become a full-time employee with stock options, plus flexible hours within a mission-driven team.

Role Overview

Empower is seeking full-time and part-time field sales professionals with strong communication skills to acquire new customers (rideshare drivers) in person at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE). This is a contract position, with the opportunity to transition into full-time employment as a sales or marketing team lead.
