Job summary

Empower is seeking part-time field sales professionals to recruit rideshare drivers in person at John Glenn Columbus International Airport (CMH). This is a contract position with the potential to transition into a full-time sales or marketing team lead role.

You will need excellent in-person communication, attention to detail in recording information, a smartphone, and reliable transportation to CMH. Availability of 20+ hours per week is required; compensation is $40/hour plus performance

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Available 20+ hours per week.
• Have smartphone and own transportation to CMH airport.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong in-person sales and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail when recording information.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers (rideshare drivers) in person at CMH airport.
• Record information accurately and maintain logs for the team.
• Travel to CMH and coordinate deliveries and outreach with the local team.

This is a contract position, with the opportunity to transition into full-time employment as a sales or marketing team lead.
