Job summary

Empower is seeking field sales professionals to recruit new rideshare drivers in person at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE). This contract position offers flexible hours, with the opportunity to transition into full-time leadership roles as the team grows.

You will engage drivers, present Empower’s software benefits, and build a pipeline of opportunities while keeping accurate records. Strong in-person communication, reliability, and a high school diploma or equivalent are required;

Qualifications

• You like sales.
• Excellent in-person communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in recording information.
• Available 20+ hours per week.
• Have smartphone.
• Can provide own transportation to/from CLE airport.
• Fluent in English (bilingual in Spanish is a plus).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers (rideshare drivers) in person at CLE.
• Present Empower’s offerings to drivers and help them understand benefits.
• Record information accurately and maintain a clean pipeline of prospects.
