Roto-Rooter is seeking Field Sales Representatives for Water Restoration. The role focuses on identifying and closing water-damage repair opportunities, performing property assessments, and delivering effective restoration solutions to residential and commercial clients.

Ideal candidates have outside sales experience and strong customer service skills, with English communication proficiency. This position offers a base weekly pay with commission and flexible schedules within the United States.”

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and background check per company standards.
• Exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Willingness to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Water Restoration and practices.
• Organized self-starter with an outgoing personality.
• Working knowledge of common software programs such as Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell opportunities to mitigate property damage caused by water to residential and commercial markets.
• Assess properties to determine moisture levels and need for demolition and drying.
• Engage in proactive follow-up with existing customers to provide effective solutions.
• Provide competitive quotes using pricing matrix and insurance guidelines to close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
• Extensive driving to customer locations and entering customers’ residences to solve problems.
