Roto-Rooter is seeking Field Sales Representatives for our Water Restoration department in the United States. The role focuses on identifying and selling restoration solutions to residential and commercial clients, with leads provided and no cold calls.

Ideal candidates have outside sales experience, the ability to work flexible hours, and strong communication skills. Certified Water Damage Restoration credentials are preferred, with comprehensive benefits and mileage reimbursement included.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and acceptable background check.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Outside sales experience in home services is preferred.
• WRT/ASD certifications in Water Damage Restoration are preferred.
• Willingness to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel, and common software programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell water restoration opportunities to residential and commercial clients.
• Assess properties to determine moisture levels and need for demolition and drying.
• Follow up with customers to deliver effective water-related solutions.
• Provide competitive quotes using pricing matrix and insurance guidelines.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
