Job summary

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our Albany, NY team. This role focuses on canvassing for used cooking oil purchases and building relationships with food service locations in the Albany region.

It is a purchasing/business development position with no customer service or order taking duties. You will travel within the local area, drive to Canada as needed, and work a heavy schedule—50+ hours per week—with base pay of $70,000 plus performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of successful cold calling experience.
• 2 years door to door experience.
• Driver license with Clean Motor Vehicle Report required.
• Ability to travel to Canada.
• Bilingual ability in Arabic, Spanish, Chinese, Cantonese, Hindi/Bengali is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and canvass entities with deep fryers to contract for the purchase of their used cooking oils.
• This is a purchasing/business development role with no customer service or order taking.
• You will canvass locations, aligning with quotas and company growth targets.
