Job summary

Mediacom Communications is hiring a Direct Sales Representative in Moline, IL to grow our broadband and TV services through direct sales channels. You will canvass neighborhoods, present options, and close deals while earning unlimited commissions and a guaranteed first-year salary.

We provide paid training, field support, and a structured path for advancement. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, reliable, and able to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of direct/ outside sales preferred but not required.
• Must be sales-driven with a positive people orientation.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Obtain sales by canvassing door to door and meet targets.
• Present payment options and complete paperwork.
• Travel within Mediacom territory; up to two weeks at a time.
• Support customer interactions with management.
• Participate in team meetings and training.
