Job summary

Mediacom Communications is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to drive internet, video, home phone and mobile services sales. The role includes paid training, field support, weekly team meetings and personal coaching to help you meet and exceed targets.

The position requires a self-motivated, sales-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic, target-focused environment with flexible hours and travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of direct sales or outside/fields sales experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain sales by canvassing door to door, using proven sales techniques to meet/exceed targets.
• Complete paperwork and present payment options for customer purchases.
• Canvassing door to door daily from 11am–8pm.
• Travel within Mediacom territory; up to two weeks at a time with costs covered.
• Supportive in-field coaching and team meetings to drive success.
• Lead and participate in community events and team trainings.
