Job summary

Mediacom Communications is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to grow internet, video, phone and mobile service sales. The role includes paid training, field support, and ongoing coaching to help you exceed targets.

Responsibilities include canvassing door-to-door, completing paperwork, presenting payment options, and traveling within the Mediacom territory as needed. A high school diploma and sales drive are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of direct sales or outside/fields sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Obtain sales by canvassing door to door and meet sales targets.
• Complete paperwork and present payment options for customer purchases.
• Canvassing daily, typically 11am–8pm.
• Receive support from management and participate in team activities.
• Travel within Mediacom territory; state-to-state travel possible.
