Astound is seeking a driven residential outside sales representative to directly grow our customer base in the Greater Maryland area. You will meet residents face-to-face, present service options, and sign up new customers.

Base salary starts at $38,778.69 per year with uncapped commissions and a total on-target earnings potential that can exceed six figures. This field-based role rewards performance and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Full-time field-based role in Greater Maryland area.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through in-person visits to homes and property managers.
• Pursue leads provided daily and convert to service sign-ups.
• Understand property-specific requirements and contract language to propose suitable plans.
• Distribute marketing materials and support campaigns to build Astound brand awareness.
• Understand customer needs and articulate tailored solutions.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report performance metrics to management.
• Stay informed on competitor activity in the market.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
