Astound is seeking a direct sales professional to support the GFiber expansion, representing a top-tier internet provider and building a residential customer base in Canby and surrounding markets.

You will earn a base salary of $32,000–$40,000 with uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, and potential six-figure earnings through strong performance. Training starts in December with flexible start dates.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, presentation and influence skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, field sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction.
• Pursue leads daily.
• Understand property assets within portfolio.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Review property contract language and service levels.
• Understand customer needs and articulate solutions.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings.
• Report sales statistics to management.
• Stay informed about competitors in your market.
