Job summary

Astound is seeking an energetic Direct Sales professional to join our residential outreach in multiple markets, including Austin, TX and Waco, TX. You will meet residents face-to-face, qualify needs, and sign up new service plan contracts.

This role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions with strong earnings potential, including on-target earnings up to $90,000+. You will work outdoors and manage your own schedule with support from our team.

Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers at their residences to discuss service needs, providing quotes and sign-up orders.
• Develop and manage a residential sales pipeline with face-to-face meetings in assigned territories.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness in the field.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
• Stay up to date with competitive offerings and market conditions.
