Astound is seeking a high-energy residential direct sales professional to join our field-based team across multiple markets, including Austin, San Antonio, and more. You will engage residents and managers in person, explain service options, and close sign-ups in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

You’ll earn a base salary with uncapped commissions and strong earning potential. Reliable transportation and self-motivation are essential to succeed in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess reliable transportation and, in some markets, a valid driver’s license.
• Face-to-face customer engagement and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and other referral sources.
• Aggressively pursue any leads provided daily.
• Understand every unique element of assigned properties within portfolio.
• Distribute marketing material, facilitate campaigns, build Astound brand awareness.
• Review contract language, service levels, restrictions, and obligations with customers.
• Understand customer needs and articulate solutions and benefits.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report statistics accurately to management.
• Stay up to date with what the competition is doing in your market.
