AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, in-home demonstrations and technology solutions across Texas. You’ll work independently on scheduled appointments, closing deals with hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected to what matters most.

With paid training and ongoing coaching, you’ll build relationships with warm prospects, drive sales targets, and leverage uncapped commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission-based outside sales experience.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with personalized in-home demonstrations and solutions.
