AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences in customers' homes across Texas. You will drive growth with uncapped commissions and hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery to keep customers connected.

The role focuses on outside sales with scheduled appointments, mandatory training, and a data-driven approach to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional service and support to clients.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience expected
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving targets
• Proficient in upselling techniques to enhance customer value

Responsabilités

• Start with paid training to operate independently in the field
• Engage with existing customers daily through scheduled appointments
• Use negotiation and communication skills to close deals and deliver hands‑on demos
