Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for a contract role based in Bridgewater, MA. You will visit local businesses and promote a delivery partner program, earning uncapped commissions while managing a Salesforce-driven pipeline.

You’ll generate leads, enroll applicants, and build relationships with business owners. The role requires local travel and a hybrid work setup, with a pay range of $28.00–$29.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or business development experience.
• Outside/field sales experience preferred.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong communication, prospecting, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Willingness to travel locally throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Visit local businesses and introduce them to the delivery partner program.
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and guide applicants through the enrollment process.
• Build relationships with business owners and community organizations.
