Job summary

Aston Carter in Washington state is seeking an Account Development Executive for outside sales to grow a brand-new delivery partner program in rural areas. You will recruit local businesses to join a hub delivery partner network, visit prospects door-to-door, and manage a robust Salesforce pipeline while working a hybrid field/remote schedule with uncapped commission.

The role requires at least 2 years in sales or customer service, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to four hours

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Outside or field sales with territory coverage and door-to-door outreach.
• CRM experience, Salesforce preferred.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and update CRM.

Responsibilities

• Visit prospective local businesses door to door within ~90 minutes driving distance.
• Present and pitch the delivery program to generate interest.
• Qualify prospects and guide them through the application process.
• Manage all sales pipeline activity in Salesforce.
• Support recruitment events in the community.
• Build relationships with local influencers to drive referrals.
• Travel within up to two hours driving distance as needed.
• Maintain professionalism and exceptional customer service.
