Job summary

AT&T is hiring Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove, in‑home experiences. You’ll work independently at scheduled appointments, demonstrate the latest technology, assess customer needs, and close the sale with hands-on demos and service setup.

Annual earnings range from $60,300 to $100,000, with uncapped commissions and top performers earning well above six figures. Expect paid training, ongoing coaching, a company vehicle for official use, medical/dental/vision

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience.
• Proven success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive, as we provide a company vehicle for official business use only.
• Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, in-home sales interactions at scheduled appointments.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Engage with warm prospects provided by AT&T to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
