Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Field Sales Representative to drive in-home sales experiences across multiple Louisiana locations. You will work independently, engaging customers at scheduled appointments to present the latest technology and services.

You’ll close deals through hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and seamless tech delivery, helping customers stay connected. A base salary plus uncapped commission fuels earnings, with top earners reaching six figures.

Qualifications

1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
Proven ability to upsell and increase customer value.
Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
Maintain a valid driver’s license; company vehicle provided for business use.
Willingness to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Engage customers at scheduled appointments with in-home demonstrations and assessments.
Close deals by presenting tailored technology solutions and services.
Deliver hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
Build rapport with customers to meet sales targets and drive revenue.
