Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences in customers' homes across multiple Louisiana locations. You will conduct scheduled appointments, demonstrate products, and close deals with hands-on demos and Wi‑Fi assessments.

Expect uncapped commission and a starting salary range that totals up to $100,000 with performance-based rewards. Weekly hours are 40, with a regular time type.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience
• Proven success in meeting sales targets
• Upselling techniques to increase customer value
• Strong verbal communication and rapport-building
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive; company vehicle provided for official business use only
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Background check including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record

Responsibilities

• Attend paid training to work independently in the field.
• Connect with existing customers daily via scheduled appointments.
• Use negotiation and communication skills to close sales.
