Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, white-glove experiences directly in customers' homes across Baton Rouge, Covington and Hammond, LA. Earn a base salary with uncapped commissions and the potential to reach six figures, with starting pay between $60,300 and $100,000 depending on geography and experience.

New reps receive paid training and ongoing coaching, visit warm prospects, and close deals through hands-on demonstrations, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission-based or outside sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers at scheduled appointments and in-home demos.
• Close deals by presenting solutions, upselling, and delivering hands-on demonstrations.
• Provide Wi‑Fi assessments and tech delivery support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate independently in the field with coaching and training provided.
