AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, in-home experiences and close deals through hands-on demonstrations for wireless and internet services, with uncapped commissions and strong earning potential.

You will work in the field across Louisiana locations, including Chalmette and surrounding areas, with paid training, scheduling support, and a company vehicle for official business. Background checks apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—company vehicle provided for official business use.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized field sales interactions and hands-on demos.
• Close deals by presenting technology and services during scheduled appointments.
• Perform Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolution to keep customers connected.
• Engage with warm prospects and utilize coaching for ongoing success.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through negotiation and effective communication.
