Badger Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to manage a territory in the Idaho Falls area. You will meet clients in the field, uncover opportunities, and close business, with uncapped commission and first-year earning potential that is highly competitive.

This commission-eligible role emphasizes prospecting, relationship building, and delivering value through proposals and strategic presentations.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Confident presenting, negotiating, and closing deals with customers.
• Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Industry knowledge in construction, utilities, or environmental services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into new revenue streams.
• Strengthen and grow existing customer relationships in your territory.
