AT&T Field Sales Representatives bring customized, white-glove experiences directly to customers’ homes and work independently from scheduled appointments. You’ll close deals with hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and service delivery, keeping customers connected to what matters most.

There is uncapped commission potential and a salary range that reflects experience and geography. Starting salaries range from $62,900 to $100,000, including base pay and commissions, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission-based outside sales experience
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to build rapport
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for business use

Responsibilities

• Engage customers through scheduled in-home appointments and close sales with hands-on demos and service setup
• Deliver personalized sales interactions and upsell AT&T services while meeting or exceeding targets
• Maintain and build customer relationships through consistent follow-up and product demonstrations
