AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives in Illinois to bring customized, white-glove experiences directly to customers’ homes. You will work in the field, meeting scheduled appointments, delivering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments and product solutions to keep customers connected.

With uncapped commission potential and a starting salary range, the role offers the opportunity to earn $62,900–$100,000 depending on geography, experience and performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission outside sales experience preferred.
• Ability to drive and hold a valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized in-home sales interactions and provide hands-on demos.
• Conduct Wi-Fi assessments and tech delivery, resolving issues.
• Close deals by presenting tailored solutions and services.
• Attend scheduled appointments and follow up with customers daily.
