Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth with The Home Depot nationwide. You’ll execute retail strategy, deliver product demos, and engage customers with tailored TTI solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include merchandising, event planning, and using analytics to optimize in-store impact. Travel and weekends are required; relocation may be considered to support performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best‑in‑class B2C sales and customer service within The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and drive sell‑through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales readiness through strategic merchandising and product placement.
• Leverage data analytics, including Power BI, to drive decisions and maximize impact.
