Techtronic Industries (TTI) invites a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive growth in Home Depot partner spaces nationwide. You will run in-store promotions, demos, and merchandising while leveraging data insights with Power BI to optimize sales and brand presence.

The role requires travel, driver’s license, and strong teamwork, with the potential for career advancement within a fast-moving, market-leading tools and equipment company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license for at least one year and a personal vehicle.
• MS Office proficiency and willingness to learn data-driven merchandising.
• Multilingual abilities may be needed for specific markets depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering best-in-class B2C sales and customer service in The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support and implement strategic brand marketing initiatives to drive sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and data analytics using Power BI.
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace, customer profiles, and competitive landscape.
• Participate in TTI training to work independently within your market.
• Build and manage relationships with The Home Depot team members to enhance in-store execution.
• Manage inventory levels through down-stocking and reporting tasks.
• Contribute to merchandising resets and introduction of cutting-edge products.
