Job summary

Coastal Beverage Company, Inc. in Louisburg, NC, is seeking a Route Sales Representative-Small Format. This field-based role requires consistent presence in customer accounts to grow market share and deliver exceptional service, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a start around 6:00 AM.

You will develop relationships with decision-makers, manage orders, price displays, and stay compliant with ABC regulations. A valid driver’s license and beer/wine license eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or two-year college equivalent, 2–5 years related experience.
• Strong reading, writing and speaking skills; able to present to groups.
• Ability to obtain and maintain beer and wine sales license.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Increase market share in assigned accounts.
• Maintain relationships with decision-makers through professionalism and service.
• Place orders and communicate with CSR and Merchandisers for instructions and issues.
• Ensure pricing, displays, and stock are neat and accurate.
• Meet monthly sales goals and track performance with available tools.
• Drive to customer accounts daily and manage product movement.
