Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for the Knoxville/Chattanooga region to drive commercial sales in the USA. You will prospect for bid opportunities, build relationships with general contractors and government agencies, and develop price quotes using SafQuote data.

The role requires experience in scaffold and work access sales, cost estimating, and Salesforce, with a focus on securing contracts and meeting project needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in scaffold and work access sales, including contracts involving labor.
• Experience with cost estimating scaffold and work access projects.
• Experience with Salesforce in a construction configuration.
• Construction industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for bid opportunities in the sales territory.
• Develop relationships with GC, subcontractors, developers, and government agencies to win work.
• Use Salesforce to identify bid opportunities and document efforts to bid and win work.
• Prepare price quotes using equipment lists and man-hours estimates.
• Ensure contracts go through BrandSafway contracting process and billing is accurate.
