Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company (PPC) is seeking a Field Sales Representative to support The Home Depot in the Richmond, Virginia region. You will develop and execute sales plans to promote PPC products in Home Depot stores and manage PRO accounts.

You will partner with Home Depot teams, uncover in-store opportunities, and drive organic growth through customer engagement, CRM analysis, and strategic territory plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 1 year of sales experience, Bachelor’s preferred.
• 1 year of experience can include educational classes or internships.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Home Depot management teams to develop and achieve sales growth plans.
• Engage customers in-store to uncover opportunities to introduce PPC products.
• Utilize a CRM tool to increase sales growth of PRO accounts.
• Analyze territory sales performance and develop strategic plans for growth.
• Identify in-store opportunities to create impactful product displays.
• Ensure inventory and shelf maintenance, including resets during reviews.
