Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company (PPC) is seeking a Field Sales Representative to support The Home Depot in the Houston, Texas area. You will cultivate and execute sales plans, driving PPC product sales through multiple Home Depot stores and managing Pro Managed Accounts within your territory.

You will report to the Regional Manager, working onsite. A background in field sales with a valid driver's license and a high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 1 year of sales experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience can include education classes or internships.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with The Home Depot to develop and achieve sales growth plans.
• Engage customers in-store to uncover opportunities for PPC products.
• Use CRM to grow PRO customers' accounts and sales.
• Analyze territory performance and develop business plans for growth.
• Identify in-store opportunities for displays and cross-merchandising.
