Job summary

Rentokil North America seeks a Pest Control Consultant to sell Residential Pest Management Services and Products to new and existing customers. You will be the face of our brand in the local community, offering expert knowledge to assess customer needs and close pest control solutions.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience. Travel up to 100% within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license from your state of residence (vehicle and gas card provided).
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience preferable.
• Prefer at least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travels up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Identify revenue streams with branch manager and propose enhancements to services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to outline customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure completion.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the company CRM.
