Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to grow residential pest control sales while delivering top‑tier customer service. You will assess customer needs, recommend solutions, and collaborate with Service teams to maximize revenue and satisfaction.

The role involves field visits, site assessments, and using our CRM to document home diagrams and proposals. A valid driver's license and 1–2 years of pest or sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals with Branch Manager to grow revenue and enhance pest household services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear understanding of customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the sales CRM.
