Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking Pest Control Consultants to sell household pest management services to residential customers. You will act as the face of our national brand locally, assess customer needs, and recommend pest control solutions that protect homes and families.

Role involves inspecting homes, coordinating with Service teams, and developing proposals to grow revenue. Requires high school diploma and valid driver's license, with travel up to 100% within territory.

Qualifications

• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and develop proposals.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear understanding of the home.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure quality.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance in the Sales CRM.
