Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell our industry-leading pest management services to residential customers. You’ll assess customer needs, provide expert recommendations, and close sales while delivering top‑notch service.

You’ll move across homes to inspect for pests, coordinate with service teams, and develop proposals to address issues and expand pest household services. A driver’s license and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve issues and expand services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and communicate challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance in the CRM.
