Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience (B2B or staffing industry preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent.
• Organized and comfortable using CRM systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through calls, emails, and in-person visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with plant managers, HR teams, and decision-makers.
• Identify client staffing needs and present tailored workforce solutions.
• Schedule and attend client meetings (including on-site visits).
• Follow up consistently to close deals and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Track activity and pipeline in CRM (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful placements.
