The SEALS of Austin–Round Rock is seeking a field‑oriented sales professional to build a territory of restaurant and commercial kitchen customers. You will initiate conversations with owners and facility teams, conduct inspections, and prepare estimates to close sales, with ongoing follow‑up to grow recurring accounts.
You will travel throughout the local territory, prospecting daily and using CRM tools to manage opportunities and schedule installations.
The SEALS of Austin–Round Rock helps restaurants, hospitals, schools, hotels, grocery stores, and other commercial facilities protect their refrigeration equipment through professional gasket replacement and related sealing solutions.

As we continue expanding throughout Central Texas, we're looking for someone who wants to build a territory, develop customer relationships, and grow with us.
You will spend most of your time in the field visiting restaurants and other commercial kitchens, starting conversations with decision-makers, identifying refrigeration gasket problems, and turning those opportunities into approved work. You will build your own book of business through consistent in-person prospecting and follow-up.
The Operations team performs installations. Your focus is finding opportunities, conducting accurate inspections, preparing estimates, closing sales, and developing repeat customers.
Expected first-year earnings: $45,000–$70,000. In year two and beyond, earnings are fully uncapped and typically increase as recurring accounts grow
Industry experience is not required. We provide structured onboarding, field coaching, product training, sales‑process guidance, marketing materials, and operational support. You must bring the confidence to prospect, the discipline to follow up, and the willingness to learn the technical side of the job.
