Job summary

Techtronic Industries is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth at The Home Depot across nationwide locations. You will engage customers, deliver product solutions, and support merchandising and promotions with deep product knowledge.

You will participate in promotions, use Power BI for data-driven decisions, and build strong retailer partnerships while traveling as needed. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred or required.
• Ability to plan promotional events and product demos.
• Strong product knowledge and customer service orientation.
• Willingness to travel for field opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets within The Home Depot with B2C sales and customer service.
• Plan promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and sell‑through.
• Ensure brand presence and merchandising with data analytics using Power BI.
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace and customer profiles.
• Collaborate with Home Depot teams to improve in‑store execution.
• Manage inventory levels and report tasks promptly.
• Participate in merchandising resets to launch new products.
