Job summary

Techtronic Industries seeks a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive market share growth and premier product line presence at The Home Depot nationwide. You will engage customers, execute merchandising strategies, and analyze sales data using Power BI to optimize in-store performance.

You will travel to multiple store locations, manage relationships with store personnel, and support promotional campaigns while adhering to safety protocols and company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid United States driver’s license for at least one continuous full year in one state.
• Must have a personal vehicle / reliable form of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets within The Home Depot through best-in-class B2C sales and customer service.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks to drive engagement and sell-through.
• Support brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase awareness and drive sell-through.
• Utilize data analytics (Power BI) to drive decisions and maximize impact on in-store execution and merchandising.
