Job summary

Techtronic Industries NA is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive in-store engagement with The Home Depot nationwide. You will deliver product knowledge, demonstrate demos, and support brand marketing initiatives.

This role requires travel to assigned store locations, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working nights and weekends as needed. You will collaborate with store teams, use MS Office for reporting, and contribute to sell-through and program execution.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or restrictions.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Valid US driver’s license for at least one year in one state.
• Personal vehicle and insurance required.
• Travel to/from assigned store locations; air travel may be required.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and working in a retail environment.
• Must be self-motivated, a team player with good organizational skills.
• MS Office proficiency; multilingual abilities preferred in some markets.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets through in-store consumer engagement and product recommendations.
• Plan events, demos, and store walks to boost sell-through.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to raise awareness and drive results.
• Ensure brand presence and merchandising, using data to drive decisions.
• Build relationships with store teams to enhance execution and partnerships.
• Manage inventory levels and reporting; assist with resets and promotions.
