Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive growth at The Home Depot across the United States. You will engage customers, deliver demos, and execute merchandising plans while leveraging Power BI for sales analytics.

You will collaborate with store teams, manage inventory, and participate in promotional events. This role requires travel, flexibility to work nights/weekends, and a proactive, self‑driven approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one year.
• Must have a personal vehicle/reliable transportation.
• Travel to/from store locations and occasional meetings; some air travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering B2C sales and customer service at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and sell-through.
• Ensure brand presence and sales-readiness through merchandising and data-driven decisions (Power BI).
• Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot team members for in-store execution.
