Job summary

Techtronic Industries - TTI is seeking a Field Sales and Marketing Representative to drive sales within The Home Depot nationwide and enhance selling, account management, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include planning events, product demos, strategic merchandising, and leveraging data analytics (Power BI) to maximize impact while building long-term retailer partnerships. Applicants should be ready to travel extensively and work weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to pass drug screening and Motor Vehicle Report screening.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets by delivering in-store customer service and tailored product solutions at The Home Depot.
• Plan and execute promotional events, product demos, and store walks.
• Support brand marketing initiatives to increase awareness and sell-through.
• Manage brand presence, merchandising, and data-driven decisions using Power BI.
• Develop understanding of the retail marketplace and travel to assigned stores.
